Any legal action of whatever nature brought by either you or us (collectively, the “Parties” and individually, shall be governed by the Cyprus law and shall be construed pursuant to the regulations thereof. Any disagreements shall be settled amicably. If disagreements may not be solved amicably, they shall be subject to the Court of International Commercial Arbitration of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Cyprus, according to the regulation thereof.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

No Liabilities

HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, IF THERE IS LIABILITY FOUND ON THE PART OF GALATIA KOSTA H.C., IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Returns and Refunds.

Unfortunately due to health and safety reasons we do not accept returns and refunds for earrings, swimwear and underwear. For other products we may accept returns or refunds if it was the wrong size or wrong design send by us. In this case we accept exchange with other products or to send you the right one.
