We ship world wide via Cyprus Post office. If we are in a different country your order will be shipped from the country we currently reside.

As soon as we ship your order(s), we send to you an email with your tracking number. Please keep  a record of this number as you can check the process of your order.

For orders within Cyprus usually take 2-5 days

For orders in Europe usually take  1-3 weeks

For orders outside Europe usually take from 3 weeks to 2 months. It is a long wait so please plan in advance.

The prices on our products exclude any custom duties. These custom duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we can not estimate how much duties you will have to pay, but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.

Where do we operate?

Galatia kosta H.C. operates in Cyprus but we do travel a lot so you may get your packages from different countries around the world.

Do we accept returns, refunds, exchanges?

Unfortunately we do not accept returns for earrings, swimwear and underwear for health and safety reasons. We can accept exchange if the product is faulty but we do not offer refund on these products. For more information please read our Returns and refunds page.

Where do we ship and do we offer tracking?

We ship world wide and yes you can track your packages either through the official site of the shipping company or threw us using our tracking system [check bottom of our homepage]. We will send you an email with your tracking number when we ship your order and the link that you can track your number with.

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept debit or credit cards threw PayPal as well as transfer bank payments. For this you will have to conduct us to give you our bank details.

Will Covid impact your order?

Unfortunately yes. Covid has a huge impact on your order as there are not a lot of flights going from country to county so you may experience some delays in the delivery of your orders.

How do we ensure the safety of our customers?

We take your safety as well as our safety very seriously so we do our best ta make sure that our products are free from any bacteria and properly sanitized. When we receive our supplies the first thing that we do is sanitize everything before we even start unpacking. After that we do the same when we unpack our supplies. we make sure that every fabric, thread, clay, supplies for the earrings, any buckle etc. is properly sanitized before we organize everything in our studio. During the production time we made sure to sanitize the area that we work on as well as our hands and all the tools we use in the process. When we pack your order we will sanitize the box, paper, cards, products etc. before we start packing. when you get the package the inside we make sure everything to be properly sanitized and safe for you to open the package. what we suggest is when you receive your order, sanitize the package before opening it as the package probably past through many people to finally reach to you.
