Returns/ refunds/ exchange

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase. We recommend conducting us first at info[at]galatiakosta.com as well as review our policy on returns and refunds.

Items must be returned in with the requirements outlined below, within 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for returns

Returned products must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund:

Products must be in original packaging and with original tags, cards, gifts attached. Items that has been altered, used, worn or damaged will not be accepted.

Made to Order, and personalized products cannot be returned, refund or exchanged.

Swimwear and lingerie may not be eligible for return or refund. Please conduct info[at]galatiakosta.com.

Returns for earrings:

For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns or refunds for earrings. If a product is faulty you can conduct us between the first 14 days of delivery and if we determine that is acceptable for an exchange we will exchange it for free minus the shipping cost. If 14 days have passed unfortunately we can not exchange it.

Refunds if applicable

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit or credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Your order may not be accepted for a refund but for an exchange. In this case we will notify you by email.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before a refund is posted. Next conduct your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items are subject to refund or exchange. Unfortunately items on sale can not be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges if applicable

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase please conduct info[at]galatiakosta.com.

Product Color:

Colors of products may differ in reality as they appear on your computer screen. In this case, we highly recommend conducting info[at]galatiakosta.com prior to any purchase. Our team is ready to help you with any details.

Return by mail:

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. To get the returned address you need to conduct  info[at]galatiakosta.com.

Follow the return instructions below:

  • Write down the item(s) you are returning along with the reason for return
  • Pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
  • Print and include the receipt received in your shipping confirmation email.
  • Attach the shipping address to the package and drop it off at your local post office.

 

Shipping costs are paid by you (for return and exchange of products, back and forth). Please make note of your tracking number so you can track the status of your return. Shipping costs that made on the original purchase are not refundable. We will refund only the price of the product at the time of purchase.

Once we receive your return item(s), they will be processed within approximately 10-15 business days and credited back to your bank account. We will send an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Please note any shipping charges payed at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Cancellation policy
  • You can cancel your order within 24hrs and receive a full refund.
  • For cancelations between 24 and 48hr we offer a 30% refund.
  • Cancellations exciding 48hrs are not eligible for refund as the product may already have been shipped. In this case please conduct info[at]galatiakosta.com

Galatia kosta will not take responsibility for compensation or repayment of the packages that got stolen, lost, mishandled, or damaged.

We have the right to refuse returns of any products that does not meet the above return policies.
